MEETINGS

School council meetings are open to all parents and guardians of Cameron students. Meetings are interesting and highly informative and include the school principal’s report on current and upcoming issues and events, updates on council-led events and initiatives, and guest speakers . Past themes include healthy school lunch options, how to teach our kids to love math, school social work services available to students and parents, etc. Parents can ask questions, participate in the discussion and contribute agenda items.

School council meets about 8 times per school year. All parents and guardians of Cameron students are welcome to attend.

Meetings take place in the gym from 6:30 to 7:30 pm on the fourth Wednesday of the month.

Durring the 2022/2023 school year, we are back in the school! Some of the meetings will be virtual using Zoom to allow for greater inclusion of parents that can't make it to the school. Meeting links will be added to this page the day before the meeting when they're listed as virutal meetings.
